Following the flooding experienced on 6th January 2025, Martin Hill, leader of Lincolnshire County Council attended the Aslackby Parish Council meeting on 24th February and advised that the County Council will shortly announce a fund for affected properties, similar to the property flood resilience grant made available last year by central Government.
More information about the scheme is available on the Lincolnshire County Council website:

The link advises that the funding for the 2024 floods has been exhausted, but the Parish Council were advised that a new fund will be made available by Lincolnshire County Council in the very near future, for homes that had floodwater enter their living area (expressly not to garages, sheds, conservatories).
You can go onto the Lincolnshire County Council website using the link above to register any flood damage you suffered, and the compensation you are seeking. We understand that the fund will offer up to £5,000 to affected properties.
