I have placed an objection on the planning application as the preparation and site clearance already undertaken have caused issues with the privacy to the front of my property and killed some greenery on my side of the current boundary. Looking at the plans, this proposed property will cause boundary and privacy issues and have also seemingly not considered the proximity of the existing overhead lines which I understand, they cannot build within the vicinity of. The plans show the new house directly under the lines if the lines are plotted over the drawings. Construction traffic, deliveries and contractor parking will cause an issue to those on Kirkby Underwood Road as will the noise.
